Developed and launched a new brand portfolio for IT PHARMA Europe, including Inbiotec Amber (Italy) and Inbiotec, Elements, Essentials, Origin, Harmonie (Spain). Successfully drove company revenue to over VND 1.5 billion/month within just two months, with approximately 99% of clients acquired through existing professional networks.
Rebuilt the Sales Department of IT Pharma, including the recruitment of licensed medical doctors as part of the commercial team.
Translated and reconstructed all marketing and training materials, including professional presentations for the IT Pharma product lines.
Led the organization of corporate events, medical workshops, and training sessions across key cities in Vietnam.
Oversaw and managed the entire brand operation of IT Pharma in the Vietnamese market.
